What kind of professional are we looking for?

Redesign and optimize game balance and economy to meet monetization and retention goals.

Develop and execute Live-Ops strategies, including in-game events, campaigns, and promotions.
Analyze player behavior data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
Collaborate closely with analytics, design, and development teams to implement and test new features and mechanics.
Set goals and track the achievement of KPIs (business metrics, engagement, monetization).
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to implement best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Game Designer, or Live-Ops Manager in the mobile gaming industry.
Strong understanding of game mechanics, economy design, and monetization strategies in mobile games.
Proven track record of developing and implementing Live-Ops strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and make decisions based on metrics.
Experience with shooters or other highly engaging game genres is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
