For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Acting as a feature owner and leading features from the idea stage to implementation.

• Analyzing key product metrics, proposing and justifying hypotheses for their improvement.

• Working with game documentation and improving the processes of its management within the team.

• Researching and studying trends in the gaming industry and applying best practices in game design.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer on hardcore/midcore projects.

• Proficiency in using gaming analytics tools.

• Possession of a rich personal gaming experience (especially in shooters), knowledge of gaming trends, and an understanding of the interests of the international audience.

• You have successful cases of improving metrics related to retaining new players.

• Fluency in the Russian language is required.
