What are you working on?

• Platforms: Mobile, PC, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating concept documents and game design documents, working with R&D team on client proposals

• Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement

• Game balancing

• Ideation, feature design

• Communicating with clients

• Playtesting and design debugging

• Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in premium hardcore game concepting / design (PC, console)

• Experience with mobile games (ARM-funnel, retention, and monetization techniques to maximize profitability)

• Proof of experience in game pitching

• Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay, and metagame

• Good writing skills and the ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner

• Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding

• C1 or higher English level, including verbal

• Ukrainian language, Advanced or higher.

Good to have:

• Mathematics/combinatorics background

• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in any language (C#, Java, JS, Ruby, etc.)

• Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4

• Experience in level design

• Copywriting skills
