We are seeking a skilled LiveOps manager who has an experience in mobile game development segment.

As a Live Ops Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of daily Live Ops events. These live events are crucial to the success of our games, providing players with distinctive experiences every day. You will work closely with a skilled product team focused on optimizing feature capabilities through strategically planned live event schedules.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

📌 Developing and implementing LiveOps strategies to support and enhance the player experience.

📌 Analysing player data to identify opportunities to improve the gaming experience.

📌 Organising and managing in-game events, promotions, and content updates.

📌 Collaborating with development, marketing and support teams to ensure the smooth running of LiveOps.

📌 Implementation of a monitoring and reporting system to assess the effectiveness of LiveOps initiatives.

📌 Interacting with players through social media and forums to obtain feedback and improve the gaming experience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

✔️ 3+ years of experience as a LiveOps Manager or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.

✔️ Deep understanding of RPG and mobile game mechanics.

✔️ Ability to analyse data and use it to make decisions.

✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

✔️ Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase) will be an advantage.
