For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Engage profoundly with sales channels, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and prevailing competitive challenges;
Drive the structure, process, and efficiency for outsourced content in game development;
Analyze customer, prospect, and campaign data to pinpoint prospective marketing opportunities and directions for campaigns;
Supervise the creation and management of publishable content;
Conduct thorough analyses of the market, target audience, and competitors;
Formulate and execute strategies for the gaming division’s growth;
Identify opportunities to tap into new market segments and bolster market share;
Aim to enhance the quality of leads within the allocated marketing budget;
Develop and implement marketing plans to bolster sales and overarching company objectives;
Oversee digital marketing endeavors;
Define and report on pivotal departmental KPIs/metrics;
Propose methods to enhance efficiencies across the marketing department.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Team Lead/Senior Marketing Manager in a successful outsourcing company;
Familiarity with promoting outsourced game development companies in Europe and the US is a plus;
Proficiency in devising effective marketing strategies;
Comprehensive understanding of SEO/SEM techniques, with the capability to collaborate effectively with a dedicated SEO specialist;
Strong command over advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools and proficiency in utilizing data insights to guide marketing strategies;
Hands-on experience in building a global content-driven inbound marketing strategy, generating qualified leads;
Experience with A/B Marketing;
Demonstrable leadership skills with the aptitude to set and prioritize objectives;
A results-driven mindset complemented by superior communication skills;
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and senior management;
Open-mindedness, innate curiosity, and robust problem-solving prowess;
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
