Collaborate with internal art, tech, and production teams to craft compelling, customized proposals and competitive quotations for outsourcing services (Art, Co-dev, QA, Localization, etc.).
Lead commercial negotiations, including SOW, pricing, contracts, payment terms, and IP rights, to secure signed agreements.
Account & Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal production teams during the project initiation phase to ensure clear alignment.
Gather market intelligence, client feedback, and monitor competitor activity to inform company strategy.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at international industry events (e.g., GDC, Gamescom) and online forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the global outsourcing market.
Contribute to and maintain English-language marketing materials, case studies, and credentials.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in international business development, sales, or account management within the video game industry. A successful track record of closing outsourcing deals is a significant plus.
