For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Build industry relationships and understand customer trends  

  • Participate in industry events and network with potential clients

  • Develop key relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline full of sales opportunities

  • Work with marketing and other back-end operations support teams as needed to ensure we are meeting the client’s expectations

  • Contact warm and cold leads for business development and sales opportunities

  • Communicate with Producers, Art Directors and 3D artists

  • Create sales reports that measure performance against established long-term sales goals set by the Senior Management Team

  • Hit sales targets

  • Observe local and international trends in the marketplace and develop plans & strategies to seize new opportunities as well as avoid pitfalls for the organization’s sales goals

  • Maintain customer relationships through all stages of the production process

What kind of professional are we looking for?

We are seeking a Sales Leader with proven industry experience to join a leading video game art outsourcing studio providing top-quality art services to major clients such as Naughty Dog, Epic Games, Blizzard, EA, Sony, WB Entertainment, and more. Our work spans across numerous industries including AAA video games, mobile games, TV/Film, VR and XR.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the video game industry, especially mobile gaming, and will be responsible for driving sales in their territory. Responsibilities will include developing key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans, building industry relationships, attending industry events, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships.

What is important for us in a person?
  • Proven track record in Sales within the video game industry

  • Some basic understanding of Maya, 3D Max, or video game art would be a bonus 

  • Previous experience and network in Mobile games is strongly preferred

  • Experience working with cross border customers

  • Proven experience closing sales deals

  • Proven ability to hit sales targets

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
